The Hofbräukeller is a listed building in the neo-Renaissance style with a beer garden owned by the brewery Staatliches Hofbräuhaus. The building, consisting of several different restaurants and guest rooms, event halls, office and staff rooms, was renovated and modernized in the course of a conversion, a fire protection concept for the entire building was developed and implemented.
