The residential and commercial building is a neo-baroque, richly structured corner building from 1896/1897 by Hans Thaler. The building was energetically improved in the course of a roof renovation and the former historical splendor was restored. The measure was implemented with the inclusion of KFW subsidies and monument protection depreciation.
